Barriler@s, Inc. Yearly Rodeo Leaderboard: Celebrating Excellence in Equestrianism

At Barriler@s, Inc., we take pride in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our members. Each year, we track rider performance, participation, and attendance through a comprehensive point system to create our highly anticipated Yearly Rodeo Component Leaderboard.

Points are awarded throughout the season based on a rider's achievements in competitions, their commitment to attending events, and their overall participation in various activities. This system ensures that all aspects of a rider’s contribution are celebrated, not just their skills in the arena.

At the end of the year, top performers are honored with awards and recognition, making this a meaningful way for our community to celebrate excellence and foster motivation. This system also allows every rider to push their limits and feel valued for their efforts—whether they're securing wins or simply showing up to support the team.
