This past weekend, we enthusiastically celebrated the Barriler@s Kickoff 2025 at the DCN Arena (Dios Con Nosotros Arena) in Patillas. The event marked the beginning of our rodeo season and equestrian competitions. It was a true honor to witness the participation of 20 talented riders, all at different stages of their journey, giving their best on the track.

A special highlight of this event was that the registration fee included membership with Barriler@s, Inc., meaning all participants are now part of our growing community. While most of our events are open to the public, membership brings exclusive benefits, such as:

Priority access to competitions and clinics.
Special discounts on events and official merchandise.
Representation in international competitions as part of Barriler@s, Inc.
Development opportunities through educational and leadership programs.

Congratulations to Our All-Around Winner, Clarian Rivera Otero!

Clarian Rivera Otero stood out as the All-Around Champion of the Barriler@s Kickoff 2025, achieving the fastest combined time across all events in the open category. Although she is new to Barriler@s, her rodeo expertise shone brightly through her flawless performance. Clarian set the benchmark for 2025 with an incredible barrel racing time of 17.835 seconds.

The open category welcomes riders of all ages and experience levels to compete together, fostering diversity and creating a challenging competitive environment.

Clarian embodies the spirit of rodeo: dedication, passion, and skill. Congratulations on this remarkable achievement, Clarian! We are excited to see you shine even brighter in this new season.

Youth Category

The Youth Category is the perfect platform for young riders to unleash their passion for horses and rodeo. Designed to be a fun and engaging experience, this category combines learning, camaraderie, and excitement in every race.

Here, young riders not only hone their skills but also form lasting friendships and discover the true magic of competing as a team.

The Rookie Category is specially designed to welcome new riders joining our community in 2025, giving them the opportunity to take their first steps into the exciting world of rodeo and equestrian competitions. This level serves as the perfect starting point to develop skills, build confidence, and learn in a competitive yet supportive environment.

We are thrilled to see how these talented new riders will grow and contribute to the future of the sport. Welcome to the Barriler@s, Inc. family!
