At Barriler@s, Inc., we continue working firmly to strengthen the sport of barrel racing and open new opportunities for our athletes. That is why today we proudly celebrate the appointment of José Matos as the new Director of NBHA-Puerto Rico.

José Matos has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the equestrian community and exceptional leadership in the development of barrel racing on the island. His experience and dedication will be key to continuing the expansion of NBHA's presence in Puerto Rico, providing greater qualification opportunities and fostering the growth of the sport at both local and international levels.

"I take this opportunity to speak to everyone. Over the past year, I had the privilege of working for you as the Southwest Region Director of Barriler@s, Inc. This year, I have been honored with the opportunity to lead NBHA-PR. For me, it is a privilege to be in this position of service, and I want you to know that I will do everything possible to ensure that, under our leadership, we continue to grow even more.

I have many ideas and projects for the benefit of everyone, especially for our world representatives. My goal is to help with the expenses involved in representing our island at the NBHA World Championships in Georgia. This year, I hope, together with my team, to organize various events and activities where we can generate support for our representatives, but for this, I need all the help you can provide. Remember, we are one team that will proudly represent our country.
